As part of Bedford Creative Art’s long term arts project Clubhouse, I worked with the community of the town’s Queen’s Park ward. We collaborated to create a cook book that included residents signature dishes, both sweet and savoury. The book was launched as part of Clubhouse Night, an event which showcased the past year of the project and included a resident run cafe, with some of the recipes from the book on offer.
